Crafting legendary shards

Well I was wondering about crafting 3 legendary skin shards and the thing is: if i reroll 3 legendary skin shards, am I going to get some skin in that value or it's completely random? And if it's random then I'm guessing that if I use 3 520 rp skin shards or three legendary skin shards into reroll i have equal chance of getting ultimate skin (for example)? Thanks in advance for replying

It will be equally random no matter which shards you re-roll, so best bet is to disenchant the better skins to get the essence.
