Is there a set release date for the hextech crafting & loot, Or an estimate time i've been waiting for this for quite some time now :)

Skins are usually on PBE for only 1 cycle, so since they put up Hextech Annie (only available through crafting) I find it reasonable to believe Hextech Crafting will finally be here in 6.5. This is purely a guess, though. So far I've seen no actual announcement on the matter.
