Project Yi needs a nerf

It has become obvious to me that the new yi skin needs to be nerfed. I have been playing since s3 and still haven't become lvl 30, however this new skin has some code that makes the enemy really scared of you. Either that or it cloaks you I haven't been able to figure it out yet. The enemy team would constantly run past me late game or run away for no reason. I'm a pretty trash player and pulled off a penta. Rito plz nerf, project yi to OP. #yisypisy #yisyforpresident #projectyizy
