Problems with league that need to be fixed asap!

I honestly don't understand how a multi-million company cant fix some simple bugs. Before you added tft you actually tried fixing bugs but now it's like you legit forgot about this game. How many times do we get stuck in loading screen to the point where we have to restart our pc because we can't access anything else, it just freezes your entire pc. How many times does it change our runes for no reason and make the game 1000 times harder? Hitboxes are so bad that it's not even funny at this point. One of the examples is thresh you could legit q red buff and its gonna hook the blue buff. How many broken champions are not getting fixed because they are good in lcs. It took you months to fix tahm after he was winning against legit every top laner, being able to 3 hit them lvl 2 as a tank. How many champions are becoming legit useless because they aren't played anymore so you don't bother to buff them? Graves was the strongest jungler before, taking actual skill to play and now you have hecarim having 2 ad items and the rest tanky legit one shooting everyone because why not. All those small bugs like let's say yasuos windwall, even if i don't play yasuo it annoys me to see my teammate die over and over again because things are legit going through his w. Why are players allowed to troll with teemo in the jungle nonstop and lose you games and the second you say something to them you are the one that gets punished for it? I swear you were taking this game so much more seriously before and now it feels like you don't care anymore. Also what the fuck are mages? especially the cc ones. Am i supposed to just give up on life when I'm against one? Why am i perma ccd, while also getting one-shot by them? People might disagree with me on this one but also what is orianna? in teamfights, i cant even come to basic anyone as an adc cause if i get even a bit close to her I'm getting one-shot by her q w even if i have magic resist and not to talk about her r. I feel like adcs aren't playable anymore with all the cc. Am i supposed to go full tank as an adc and pray to everything that i survive for at least a second? I swear i played against 5 cc champions in one game and i legit wanted to jump in front of a train cause i was getting ccd nonstop with tenacity runes qss and the tenacity boots and i still wasnt able to move for a second. I swear this game is unbalanced bugged not fun to play anymore, will you leave tft be for a bit and actually focus on improving the game? And the first step to actually go forward not backward is to fire the entire balance team honestly.
