I'm trying to figure out why Riot decides to nerf her E (Black Shield), when the issue has always been the fact that she can perma-snare with her Q - R - Q combo. I don't know, but in my opinion I think her snare duration is the issue as opposed to her E cooldown.

Q is a skillshot, you also have to be in range for her R. R is an ult, so it should be pretty powerful, and she gets E way before her ult, just what I'm thinking. (I do get really mad at her snare pretty often though)
