I would like to see a 4th keystone added to the Resolve tree.
"Engagement: Your damaging abilities slow your opponent by (small)% for 2 seconds."
It is important that this go under the RESOLVE tree - It would require a commitment to the "tanky" build to gain this ability. It allows tanks to start engagements, and hold them.
Burst champions would have to accept the loss of damaging keystones to have the slow.

Not sure why you think Grasp and Aftershock are for burst champions. They're definitely not.

Bro, your statment makes no sense that way. "Burst champions would have to accept the loss of damaging keystones to have the slow." Which Champion and why would they have to accept a loss of a Keystone, if they don't take it?

Every tanky Champion has some form of hard CC and suprisingly Aftershock works quite well with that, your Keystone isn't necessary.

So if I am a Ornn, for example, this Keystone is just overkill. I have a good slow and a dash, why would I want to take something that requires me to keep hitting the enemy with abilites while I try to run?
VoraciousX1 votesOnce a tank gets onto someone they're already engaged and no one is likely to get away once engaged upon by most tanks. Applying this change to Glacial Augment might make the rune somewhat useful though.
Timethief491 votesWould require a commitment to the tanky build? Lissandra/ryze already often Go resolve for Afterschock, have Seen fizz and kassadin Take grasp in meele matchups aswell. Just taking resolve doesnt mean you have to Go Tank.
