Replace omnistone with a rune that empowers all active item effects

Increases the size and healing/damage of all active by a balanced amount, but let the freeze ray enhancement stay unique to the glacial rune. Omnistone is a hard troll rune, and should never be taken unless riot buffs omnistone to the point where it is broken on every single champion. The rune I suggested might be useful in alot of interesting builds, where someone depends on using active items, or a support who enjoys buying alot of active items and getting a better redemption, locket, better late game in exchange for aftershock or guardian early game.
