Lucian needs a nerf

Kiss Fortune··2 votes·992 views

We all have to admit that lucian is one of the strongest early adcs and its starting to become really annoying, because he doesnt get a single nerf only bugs fixed. Lucian is not balanced early even Corki got a nerf on his basic damage but Lucian never gets any kind of nerf. So I am opening this Discussion to prove riot that Lucian really needs a nerf. Just look at the link you will see how fast Lucian bursted down Janna with only 2 items.

I did not see anything there that was mind blowing. J4 and luc co ordinated there attacks on one target at the same time while shiv did nothing but watch. It really was not about Lucian in that video, any ADC could have done that because shiv did not do anything.
