Why is it that you HAVE to pick two roles to fill when going into solo queue? Can we not just opt to wait longer for the role we want? I really don't want to play anything but my main role and having to wait 5+ minutes for a queue in the first place, I don't mind sitting the extra time so I can secure my main role. Whats the point in making people play something they don't want to play? They picked a main role for a reason.

Wouldn't wait times then be something ridiculous for most, and basically unplayable for the highest MMRs?
Maela1 votesYeah, team builder was an easy 10 minutes wait for mid lane in silver for me, but I'd rather wait 10 minutes to play something I want, than waste up to an hour playing something I don't.

Maybe you should consider practicing all roles in the game, considering that you'll eventually have to get tf over it and play one in the future. [slayer-jinx-wink]
Maela1 votesIf Rito would implement team builder again, this wouldn't be an issue. BTW, I play 4 of 5 roles effectively. I don't want to play the other roles when I want to play my main. Wasting an hour of my time playing something I don't want to play is more of an annoyance than just dodging and taking the 5-15 minute queue ban.

Maela1 votesThats not the point of solo queue. Building MMR doesn't work too well in duo or teams. MMR is more accurately tracked when solo queuing.
