Not much to say. I still firmly believe it needs nerfs. After having to lane against it, the damage from his W with the shield it gives, it's pretty cancerous. Also makes it easy for him to take turrets. Then he can just E you to get an non-dodgeable ult off and you're dead. Now this is my opinion.
just wait it out and if you get hit by his e then walk with him not against him so he only has 1-2 passive shots off . what do you mean easy for him to e you that ability is short as hell and has a clear wind up animation

Honestly, I care more about his ULT. Instakill?? Suuuch BS. If he can land the skillshot, that is. But still. HE USUALLY DOES [sg-shisa]
