Zilean Needs Attention

As I have read on the board here in quite a few conversations since the new Zilean came out, he really needs attention.

I really loved playing old Zilean; running in, bombing and running out, at the cost of being like 2 hits away from death #1 the whole time.

His play was all about playing safe/getting your poke off and staying out of cc, while deciding when to zoom in, double bomb, and get out.

It made him super fun as a poke support and also as a mid lane.

Where the rework really messed him up: His Q is now impossible to land. Any player who knows how to move their champion can easily dodge zileans bombs as they seemingly take a year to get thrown and then to travel to the opponent.

This is extremely frustrating for playing Zilean because we all want to feel like we accomplish something during the came, and to keep chucking bombs only for them to all miss, and with minor pay off when they do hit is just depressing. Think of other supports like Braum or Taric - the ranged poke with braum, and jumping around makes him fun, whereas Tarics point-and-click stun makes him fun because you know you can't miss. With zil being so squishy, all he has left is the hope of getting his ult off before he is burst down, his small movespeed buff, and his bombs in the case that the whole team is stunned for >1 second.

This being said, his Q needs a rework. It needs a rework so that Zil becomes fun again and so that he actually becomes a viable pick.
