Im suck with this game. LOL

any help? im tired of loss win back and forth. Demoted and ranked up back and forth. I am suck with this game . Bronze was funny i just cant explain how but i got tilted or making their mistakes to some point. im just tired to explain with 'team fault' thing like afk,throws,feeder rager. i just need something to make me relax. Tired with this XD
