Mid-High diamond is full of trolls

Legit i was going strong climbed to d2 promo from g1 on my smurf in like 15-18 days and then BAM. Insane feeding trolls in the promo continued with trolls and feeders in almost every game from there on. Just had TF troll support with no support items. There is something very very wrong with this ranked system and the way Riot manages it. I was playing versus diamond 2 to master tier players only before i got in that shitty as diamond 2 promo. The fun part is i was at 99lp got 1 more win and then lost 2 promo games and bang im back to 63 despite that 1 win on 99lp when mmr was actually higher than my current rank. Once i lost that promo i started to get trolls after trolls after trolls after trolls and u get it how it goes. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH THIS SYTEM IS MY QUESTION?! The reason i play this game is because of its ranked system. I want to play versus better players but that seems impossible when even in mid-high diamond its full of godamn trolls
