hexteck annie how to get / why i dont like it

First of all I want to start off by the skin it self it's a high tier skin = to a legendary or ultimate skin . It has beautiful retextures on it's q,w,e,and yes it's r ,and if timbers didn't make you want the skin with Annie's steampunk look idk what will for a Annie skin. now is the skin free......ah...yes yes it is but, it's might take u 10 years to get it...y dose it take ten years to get...well the gems u need are hard to get to make the skin unlockable . So u can wait or ur the guy that's greedy in hoarding a new skin let's say ur that guy...and u math it out it's going to be in 350 - 425 chests average I based this off of personal and YouTube's / streamer on what they spent for there fans. How much is 350 chests worth well ur $35 rp will get u 45 at all times that's the daily limits so ( Math ) 45 x 8 = 360. 8 x $35 = 270 .... ok so how u know this well depending on ur luck u get 2 - 3 gems for ever $100 u spend to get it ...So pro and cons ...pro skins, icons,champs. Cons if u have all champs not worth it...but pro to this con is u can save up shards and buy all new champs...So making the con not so bad ...hexteck crafting is a good system if u now how to use it. So y is this post to be ( rant ) well you can unlock the skin randomly and to me I find that unfair ...I mean the definition of exclusive is to a system so it's ok to be unlock randomly unlock because the skin belongs to hexteck crafting.... I personally think it should be unlock only by gems so people that work hard deserve it...I would like this skin to be the rarest obtainable skin . It's like this ....hey I work hard at my job and supported my family put them first and took my left over money and wanted something that no one else can get unless u work hard for it.....( this is a fake story ) but I think u get the idea .
