Bot lane turrets may start a new off meta strat?

With bot lane turrets no longer having any early game fortification and with the global 400 gold, how many of you think that all bot at the start might become a strat? Secure a quick turret, and 400 gold before moving to lanes where you know your turrets will be fine?

At the very least, i can see jungle checking up on top lane for a few while the top laner helps bot lane in a 3v2...

Didn't the marksmen and support champs originally go bot lane only because of dragon way back in the beginning of League?

I know as the game evolves that rules are starting to set in place, but i still don't like Riot pushing a meta on the players. I say for shizz and gigs to swap drag and baron spawns, see how long before top lane is dominated by duos+^_^+[zombie-brand-mindblown]
