New Banning System!!

I want to first say thank you so much for such an amazing game. I have been playing (dumping money) league of legends since season 2 and I have to say this has been the best game ever created. I think the core of the reason that is true is because how attentive you guys are to the community. I have always felt like you guys treated us like we mattered. My account got hacked and you guys helped me even though it was my fault. I will never forget that. I will always remain loyal patron because this game is S+ quality.

Now I enjoy watching competitive play but I have a suggestion that may make the game much more competitive. In a series, all picked champs will be banned for future play in that specific best of three match. That would mean that if Ryze was banned game one, he has a chance to be picked or banned in game two or three. But if Ryze is picked game one, he can no longer be played for only the next two games.

Imagine if the game goes to game 5 like worlds. there would then be 20 champs banned before the ban/pick phase which 26 champs would be banned in total. I believe that it would make the game very much so more competitive because there would be less of a META (although tier lists would probably arise). It would bring a higher level of spontaneity.
