Bring Back Devourer

The 6.9 update was aimed at boosting AP champs and getting rid of the tank meta that has been around. However what ended up happening is that a lot of really strong junglers have now been forced out of the jungle due to the item changes. Please keep in mind that I am a Master Yi main so this pertains to him more than other champs. The new bloodrazor enchantment is not beneficial to the game. The 3% bonus damage based on health is nowhere near enough to notice. Also, since this new item has been added the tank meta is no gone defeating the purpose of this enchantments creation. In my opinion either devourer needs to come back or bloodrazor needs buffed to 10% of opponents heath to have it be a viable replacement.
