RIOT better implement Champion Select in place of Blind Pick on Normal..since Team Builder is now gone. IF you think Blind Pick is healthy then you are dead wrong, insta-lockers and people who ignored the roles that were already called are sky high. Or better yet just bring back Team Builder for the sake of limiting the amount of morons or trolls. There is report option AFTER the game but why the hell would I spend 30+ min of enduring the trolls just so I can report them? And don't even get me start it on the so-called "punishments" - if there are actually "serious" punishments [ex: IP ban AND/OR limited chat as in only allow the punished accounts to be only able to call "top, mid, adc, sup, or jg". Or if the trolls somehow play ranked then just disqualify participation in ranked games/deplete current LP (before punished) to 0 and make them start over], I think people would actually think twice about the consequences before they decide to become trolls or insta-lock in general.

Finally, ALLOW REPORT OPTION BEFORE THE MATCH START so if there is a troll/insta-locker, that person would get reported and those that dodged due to that certain person won't get the wait time penalty. P/S: There are flaming and trash talk in Team Builder but that can be dealt with mute function so not really a problem. And those that might wanna say, "If you want less trolls then play ranked," - NO, I play this game to have fun not to make money like the Pros so ranked games will be a thing from time to time, and I know there is Normal - (Draft mode) but if I play that mode, I feel that I better off go play ranked which I rarely do since i don't feel like playing competitive at all. And I do know the difference between off-meta and trolls so don't even bother to bring that thing into the discussion.

And what the fuck would people without 16 champs play? You need blind pick for the early levels.

I almost never run into instalockers in Blind Pick, maybe once every 50 games. Technically all Team Builder let you do was Instalock, as you couldn't change your pick to accommodate your team. If instalockers are on the rise then I can only assume it's the people displaced from Team Builder that are causing the problem.

Blind Pick is my go-to game mode, it's not like I don't play it frequently. Team Builder fanatics are always so quick to claim every game is full of instalockers and trolls, it's comedic.

No that's stupid,if you replace blind pick for team builder then the moment you play something off-meta you'll get kicked and forced to play something on meta or a champ you just don't like playing just because the host doesn't want an off-meta.

I have called a position many times myself as the 1st person into the lobby and others just spam where they want to go, so the easiest thing to do is just fill makes it more interesting and you can let others argue over it. Now team builders gone I do miss it, bring it back as well as having blind.
