top lane, the most boring lane(because of those toxic champions.)

As a loyal player since s2, top lane is always my favorite because it is where the fun melee champions can be, but now, theres only 3 situations: 1) you pick whatever champ you like to play. 2) you counter pick/you get counter picked. 3) you pick a safe or powerful champ. 1). that is pretty much why i love league of legends, and you don't have to worry about getting counter picked a few years ago. 2). i don't usually counter pick someone, unless my opponent has a very strong pick, but i really really hate getting counter picked, and for me, counter picking ruins the fun of top lane. 3). what are the most toxic top lane champions? please name them. teemo, urgot, pantheon( his q does 100+ dmg on lvl1 with these new masteries), darius, gnar, tahm kench. not saying i can't beat them, i just feel really bad when they are my opponent. also, nasus and cho'gath are a little bit too strong when they're not facing those toxic champs.
