NiamhNyx1 votesKDA DOES NOT DECIDE IF YOU GET AN S OR NOT. Its the fact you only placed 8 wards in a 27 minute game. Objective score, warding, total damage, damage to champions, counter jungle CS, and many more stats are taken in to account.
Most thresh players I see have about 1 ward per minute of game play.
