I win 6 of my 10 provisionals and I only did bad in one of my games and I get BRONZE 5 like I heard of people getting gold from only wining a game and people who win all games and get silver but for real. Can somebody like tell me what to do about this XD.

You think that's bad? You are silver being demoted to bronze.
A diamond is liable for demotion into gold for going 6-4.
