Auto ban system needs to taken out, and mass reports need to be looked at.

I just got Chat restricted for the first time in 2 years, I'm not saying I didn't deserve the ban, nor am I asking to have it lifted. The game I just went through, was literal hell. So first of all, Riot awesome matchmaking put us against at least 3 or so challenger or grand master players. My duo and I are only plat 1 and plat 3, we don't claim to be great players, but we were more or less trying out the new patch to see what did and didn't work. As we loaded into our game and saw our opponents and started discussing how we were gonna win, both of us noticed our jungler opted out of jungle in Draft pick and picked sona. Not only was the guy most likely botting, he was from Korea/China/Japan and walked around the whole game talking trash to us "NA players" after we asked him why he didn't go smite, or ask for swap. The only thing he said was "LOL STUPID NA PLAYERS ALL ANNOYING YOU ALL MUTED" then proceeded to sit bot lane, spam ult off CD behind him, and then ping everyone. cool got the stage set, everyone ready for the main point?

So the game starts, and we start auto losing... no Shock there. Me and my duo accept it and play out our lane. However, we both take deaths early into the game, as well as start getting camped from the enemy support in both top lane and mid.... at 9 minutes. So, of course me being the person I am I confronted them. It got me nowhere as expected, except for them flashing for me under second tier tower and following me around the map. once again, not a big deal, the game is gonna end at 15 minutes. JK Trolling Sona holds us hostage, cool! so here we go, now the enemy team is talking trash to us, making fun of us blah blah blah etc. We get into post match (17 minutes), ask the Sona what she thinks is going to happen to her account if she keeps playing that way, only response we got was "CAO NI MIA you fat idiots are lucky I can only respond once per minute, or else I would've told you how to get better" Cool, thanks Sona, enjoy the report.

Now enemy team joins in on the banter, calling us trash, making fun of us. So we start talking (me and my duo) to them, only to try and explain how toxic we get pointed out for being as a community when we do stuff like this. Spam ganking in a 3v5 situation, counter jungling any of us that walk in our own jungle, flashing under turrets only to then talk trash. Of course they just laugh, and keep pushing it off, which is where I respond with the comment that got me banned "You guys are literally being A*tistic, and trying to be assholes" Like I said, i deserve the ban.

They respond with "plat players dont know how to play" cool you are right.

Then we start asking them why they are smurfing on people at 5am in the morning, respond with "bought our accounts because its funny playing against you idiots" cool report that guy.

game turns into 4 people saying toxic things to me and duo, but no worries no bans for them. All because more than 4 people reported me (A premade and probs the sona).

So now, the Sona's account isnt banned, nor the jayce that admitted to botting level 30 accounts, the renekton who called me lunatic/crazy/b***h, and thresh who said more things during game but left before we all got stupid.

Before anyone says anything, yes i know i had the option to walk away and ignore them. This is my fault. But, I called them out for not playing with honor against opponents they knew they would beat, but I said the A word and got banned.

TL;DR League community gets toxic, bans wont go out to the level 20s and below, and botting Sona gets to keep her account, and I lose my honor for questioning and being toxic.
