Game is unplayable with packet loss any fixes?

I used to get 74 ms steady now my average is in the 105s with severe packet loss every 3 seconds. I have tried disabling antivirus and updating drivers still no change I have spectrum and I'm on a wifi adapter. I used to play on ethernet which is what I assume is the problem. Any fixes or will I just have to buy one of those 17 foot ethernet cables and run it to my room so fking ugly sigh.
