I feel like the game is intentionally holding me back from hitting diamond

I go on winstreaks, 60% of the time I do most dps on the team and 30% of the time I do second most. 90% of the time I win lane and I almost never go negative. Don't want to brag but I'm a reasonably solid player. Honestly 95% of the diamond 4 players I've been getting on my team/other team were pretty bad, worse than I was so I have the confidence of hitting Diamond, but it seems impossible. Because as soon as I hit promos to P1 I get people who feed and say nothing in chat which is super tilting, and the game is decided 7 minutes in when my bot is combined 0-5. I think I can hypercarry up until Platinum 3, but anything higher than that I feel like it gets really hard to carry teams just by myself. What can/should I do?
