Akali's balance solution

Just remove true stealth from her shroud, but while she's using the shroud her stats are significantly buffed. That way people playing against her still will be wary when stepping into the shroud, instead not caring at all since true stealth is gone.

I think this will be a win win in terms of balance for pro play and normals.

Also, I heard there's a possibility of making a spell targeted such as R1. I enjoy playing akali, and use R1 more than just targeting champs. I believe this targeting of R1 will severely mess her up.
