Trolling

Just played a game when from champ select the moment atrox got banned our jungler said he would troll and run it down, but will he be banned no he won't because as long as you don't type is chat and offend the snowflakes then anything else is ok.

Why do riot seem to have not have a better grasp on people holding champ select hostage and running it down when they get support of their champ gets banned i have played dozens of MOBAS and this is BY FAR the worst one i have ever played in terms of live design team, matchmaking balance 1 person is allowed to literally solo cost you a ranked game because they know they will either force a dodge or get no punishment for running it down.

Why in 2018 after all these years are you still punished for dodging a ranked que implement a system where you can bank dodges say 2 or 3 every 24 hours this way riot you can continue to be incompetent in your matchmaking and gameplay ballance and players at least every 24 hours will get 2 less losses due you your complete negligence and design incompetence.
