Gaining ELO

So I got to silver last season. Now I cannot even get out of Bronze 5. I just played a game going 30/7 with MF and not a single other person on my team when positive. How the helll am I supposed to gain elo and climb the ladder when trolls and feeders and just crap play keep held down????????????? How come every other role except support can absolutely carry a game but adcs cant? I think is total bullcrap bc it takes away all desire to play the game at ALL let alone play bot at all.
