KMannnnn11 votesThat's not true, there can be as many as 5 jungle items on a team, if everyone has smite. Unless they changed that this patch, anyways, because I run 5 smite teams with friends every now and again, and we can always do it.

masterdragon4811 votesYea, some context would be nice. Cinderhulk is now inferior to sunfire cape against champions, so if you are running smite top lane because cinderhulk is "good", that might no longer be the case.
If you are jungling nasus, it could work fairly well, though I would prefer to take devourer for double stackage (hehe) and just itemize heavily for defense. Cinderhulk was intended for junglers with bad clear; since nasus in jungle should max E first, I don't think he has the same problems.
