I'm done with league and taking a lot of people (people who buy a lot of RP) with me.
I dont know if they read these, but I just wanted to tell Riot that I am done with League. Full disclosure: My main account was just permabanned. However, I have 2 other accounts (one lvl 30 and the other lvl 9) and I am refunding what I can and quitting this game. Reason: the community and the tribunal is horrible.
The community is far too sensitive. Back when LOL used to send you the scripts of why disciplinary action was taken on you, I found out that I was disciplined for "verbal abuse" for telling someone they were bad and calling them a noob. I kid you not, I still have the email. There was no swearing and they dished back far more toxic stuff. They are far too sensitive. If they report for cry for little things like that, life is going to be rough for them. And I feel like Riot, through the tribunal, doesn't seem to understand that trash talk can get colorful. Now, there are lines that can be crossed and some stuff should be reported. But "noob"? REally? I have been disciplined a few times in the past months because of similar mild trash talk where I tell them to uninstall or tell them how bad they are. REally Riot? The tribunal is a joke. Riot is not even willing to review the tribunal's decision because of trust. or something.
No more. I just bought an Xbox One. I'll play that now. At least there I have the freedom to call people noobs and not be banned. Also, in the past 2 years I have turned 4 others onto playing Lol. They play and buy skins like I do. They are refunding and dipping out as well. We find no reason to continue playing with Riot's weak and sensitive community.
I have enjoyed playing the past few years (minus the community) and I am sad it came down to this but I dont think I will miss it.. But this is ridiculous.
Just wanted to get that off my chest. If anyone else feels similar, please jump ship with me; only then will Riot change anything.
Laters.
