Ranked System is Broken. Mid Plat 67% winrate being put in games with low silvers negative W/Rs!

I'm mid plat, maintaining around a 67% w/r (varies on the day) in solo que and I'm consistently being put in games with people several divisions lower. I am literally gaining and losing 18 lp per game. Can someone explain this to me or is the system literally just broken??? The system is saying that it wants me to stay in this elo and keep stomping lower elo players despite statistically playing better... This isn't fun for me or the people in my games. How is this not a clear indication this system is currently broken???

Sure thing, how do i link the individual matches? Just look at my game today on op.gg (02/26/2019). I am literally in a game with a D4 and a Silver 1. The S1 was literally hard stuck silver for years. Is the game saying a D4 and hard stuck silver have the same MMR????

He was d4 in support. If you look at his matches he was matched with avg gold 3 while playing jungle.

However, all your matches it seems like everybody but you is ~gold 3-2 mmr. That's wonky.
