Morgana Can Block Urgot's Ult

My friend found out that Olaf can block Urgot's ult, so I had the thought: can't Morgana's E also block his ult, since it's technically a suppression? My friend and I went into a custom to test it and this is the result.

You can hear the chain sound effect, but the ult itself is completely blocked.
