A Solution for bad matchmaking?

http://imgur.com/a/LWKt2 For me (A lvl 14 unranked who barely has any experience in the game besides for the times i played on my brothers account before getting my own PC (Which was actually quite a bit)) to get queued up against Platinum players (2) who are the top whatever % in the word i feel like that its a bit unfair to get queued against them in Draft pick so instead of complaining and raging like some i wanted to suggest a solution, So in Call of duty, they have a option where you can shorten your queue time or longer it to get a better more fair game, i forgot what it was called but it was something on the line of, Any (Just get me into a game ASAP) Moderate (Normal Queue time) Strict (Just get me a fair game where i can have fun in) The reason im suggesting this is because i honestly wouldnt mind waiting a minute or two to get into a game thats more balanced (and i honestly cant be the only one) instead of having 2 high elo players completely smash us lower ranked players which makes the game completely un fun, i dunno its just a suggestion, if you have read this far tell me what you think in the comments :D
