Guys, please review this video. I think Talon's rake(w) animation is unclear. I would post the full 1 minute of me getting poked down in lane (after that first back I learned to just stay far, far away) but I really think that his one clip is enough to prove that his w animation's hitbox is a little unfair and far more difficult to correctly pinpoint a good range to stay away than the old talon's. Could u guys review the footage and tell me if I'm being unfair on this? I've had 5 hours to think (and cool down, if that's what you guys want to believe) about this and I've reviewed the replay countless times. Yay or nay?

It's been like this since his rework. There are hundreds of bad hitboxes in this game that they never do anything about.

I don't see enough of talon to think he's an issue, myself (I legitimately enjoy playing against him. He's one of few champs I can say that about.) but yeah the hitbox is fucked. He's not a special case though. Hitboxes in general are messed up.

I miss his old rake.

If yay, somebody should approach riot asking them to expand the animation a teensy weensy bit so that it actually looks like the blades are, I don't know, actually "raking back" and hitting the enemy targets as opposed to having this general gray space in front of the blades where it still triggers the damage. That way, newer players and those who don't usually play mid could be able to have a clear sense when farming and seeing the blades fly out towards their champ in their peripheral vision rather than relying on experience to know how far those "invisible blades" can go.

If nay, well... carry on.
