View cooldowns of opponents' summoner spells when used within vision range

Is it possible to make the cooldown timers of opponents' summoner spell visible on "tab", if opponents used said summoner spell within vision range of allied champions or minions? Would make it a lot easier to keep track of opponents' summoner spell cooldowns without typing the exact time that they used it in chat, then having to scroll back up in chat to find the memo.
