So it says that all champions are available to be played. but i wanna note that i haven't seen sona in a game yet and i really wanna try and play her. am i just unlucky in not getting or is she still banned in urf? and are there any other champions that people might have noticed that aren't being able to played either?

She's banned. she was nowhere to be found in PBE games and my friends account only owns 5 champs sona being one. He gets all the freebies and his other 4. Not once Sona.
