New: Leblanc gains a clone charge every minute for a max of 10 charges. Upon falling below 40% health all her clones appear.

I think this would be fun and make team fights more interesting

IF and ONLY IF that was a thing, I think it would have to be a max of 3 clones + yourself. It would be fun, but would technically be a buff, which leblanc doesnt need.
