How bad was Fervor of Battle nerfed?

How bad was the nerf? Is it still worth it on champs who relied on it pre-patch? For example: Renekton, Yasuo, Lucian.

It got nerfed for the champions who used it for on-hit reasons. The ones who build crit chance and/or have AD Ratios on their abilities generally got buffed by the change. That's how I understand it.

for the 3 you listed it got buffed for it's the autoattack only champs it got nerfed for Jinx Kayle Vayne

Well, it was a specific kind of nerf. It nerfed Runan's for instance however it actually is buffed for champs that use AD scaling abilitie since it actually gives AD now.
