What if we can buy refunds or rent skins?

So two of the most upvoted posts are basically identical, requesting 3 refunds per season. What if instead, we compromise: let the players buy refunds (WHAT?!?! Buying refunds? Doesn't that sound a bit counter-intuitive? Let me explain below), having the ability to rent skin, or giving it as a prize.

Renting skins are pretty self-explanatory. You pay less to have a skin temporarily (much like the hextech crafting system). This way Riot will be able to make some money while the players can try out skins before committing to it. Perhaps even have a small price reduction while the skin is being rented.

On the other hand, Riot could also add refunds to the store. For a price, players can buy refunds. Then, they can buy skins to try them out, but also have the option to refund if the ad != reality. Similarly to renting skins, players can try out skins but Riot will also make some money from that.

Third thing that could be done is to give refunds to players as a prize, perhaps for not being toxic by season's end or earning an Honor banner (although I haven't seen many of these lately sadly). With the new hextech system, refunds can also be a rare drop for opening boxes.

Sorry for being a bit vague with each of these, but the point I'm trying to make is that there are more options where both parties can get a bit of what they want, instead of Riot just giving out refunds (they've already giving out free skins with the new hextech crafting).
