if you fell under 50% hp you insta death any thing is triger the dh even snoball CAN DO 200+ DMG
after 10 min 5 palyers got extra 200+ dmg on ANY HIT EFFECT so in the sec you hit 50% hp you get extra 1k dmg in ONE SECOND

Dude, if you're just now learning that certain runes are busted in ARAM, then you were missing out. Presence of Mind is, by far, the single strongest rune in the mode if you are a caster. You become manaless. Play Karthus and take Presence of Mind plus Ultimate Hunter and congrats, your ult is now on a 40 second CD! You can use if to POKE because Presence of Mind will completely refresh the CD next fight. If you want to be truly manaless then go Sorcery/Precision to take Manaflow and Presence.
ARAM is just a cesspool of riot neglect at this point. Dark harvest changes are so not shocking to me because we had this issue before with literally the same rune setup.
