Blood moon katarina skin revised idea

Im a fan of katarina gameplay mechanic's and was just wondering if it is possible to change katarinas dagger into a war fan. Since its a blood moon skin and it really has a japanese vibe into it. Thats all i wanted to ask. As of now the blood moon katarina skin seems to bland, expected it to be more cooler visualy pleasing and beautiful. Is it hard to change a skin if its already released in live server? I remember they reworked akali skin to have neon color in the kda skin, so i wondered.

She needs to have a toggle-able mask. The fact that she puts it on ONLY for her recall is just silly. Also they should add maybe a quick koto riff to her recall? That'd be sick.

Let us play our budget Hisako to the full extent! (Killer Instinct for the peeps who don't know)
