Constant DC from PVP.net

For some strange reason LOL has kept disconnecting me during the champion selection and loading process: "Disconnected from PVP.net. This might be a problem with our service. Attempting to reconnect . . ."

It usually comes back in a few seconds, but the same thing seems to be happening in game as well, the animation will sometimes skip ahead from what I saw.

There also seems to be a slight delay in what happens, even though my ping and frame rates seem reasonable. I'm using champions with high attack speed, and it seems very slow; sure kills sometimes turn into long chases.

Is anyone else having the same problem? I'm running Windows, on a PC, so it's not the Mac issue.

I've only been playing bots since this occurred, so it's not that I can't win. Just that I can't win big.
