How can you be working on reworks upon rweorks upon reworks (champions,runes,honors idk what else) while the issues of AFK players aren't even near being solved....Playing a 35 minute 4v5 game becuase your team doesn't want to surrender,lossing LP,loosing promos,even demoting.All that becuase of the absence of a few simple systems to protect the sanity of other players.... No one is going to comment,ecpecially a rioter but these boards exist for a reason
There are rioters who do work on that sort of thing. There's a lot of people who work for the company. There's a few groups whose main task is creating new champions, or reworking existing champions. Some make skins, others splash arts. Others work on items. Way too many things to mention.
They have done things to help those situations. The Remake system, and the 15 minutes unanimous surrender. Riot can't make players vote yes for those though. They do still talk about options internally, but every option might cause other negative things for players, and may not be worth implementing.
