Is this a problem?
Ok, wait so 40% CDR from items, 25% from Ultimate Hunter, 10% from Cloudbringer's Grace, and 20% from Presence of Mind. That's 95% CDR on your ultimate. Did I mess something up, or is this in the game?

Presence of Mind doesn't give CDR of any kind and you're missing Cosmic Insight. Aside from that, UHunter and the cloud dragon buff (you can get up to 4 by the way, though it's difficult) stack multiplicatively. The max CDR for ultimates is 75.25%.
