not saying they cant be at cause... but usually if its one player in a game instead of all players in a game its not riot server

Sucks. Im pretty sure it's ISP, but I have no idea why the fuck they would provide shitty service if I pay them good money for high speed internet.

It's my ISP. Or some broken ass ONT outside. Whatever the issue, it's Verizon related, cause all of friends with Verizon have similar issues lately.
Plus I'm too lazy to call. I should, soon though....
