Looking on help with my one and only problem in this game (Yasuo)

How do I stop him from eating my ass lvl 2 with his E Q spam under my turret when he repeatedly does it 6 times.

How do I stop him from oneshoting me under my turret lvl 6 when hes exhausted.

How do I stop him from being always strong even when hes literaly 0 fking 10 and all he does is farm but after 35 minutes into the game he gets a quadra kill and winning the game.

Please how do I stop a yasuo when I dont get lucky enough to be one of the tree people banning.

Id be grateful for an actual answer and not just ironical stuff like: get good,unninstal,play yasuo yourself and etc.

And also in my opinion Yasuo is just a broken overloaded character that deservers serious nerfs.(Dont laugh at me but help)
