Attack Move Binding Tips Wanted

So I love that binding Attack Move to Left Click is doable in game, but I'm having issues with it. When it's on, clicking to move my mini-map view (or most other things that use left clicking, like ping selection) will also move my champion. How do you guys get around this? I want to practice my kiting / stutter stepping.

I know that you can use Shift + Left Click to move the minimap without walking, but I find that kind of awkward to use. Ideally I'd like left click to be attack move only while clicking units or ground, haha.

Something that was really easy for me to switch to was binding attack move click to "a" because a is already the attack button.

see for me a is awkward to use cause it means i need to take a finger off qwer, its one of the reasons i like the left click bind. for me i just got used to shift left click as well as learning to read the minimap without having to move my camera to that location
