For fiZz mains .. do u think the new rework is op or made fizz with no dmg

As a fizz main the death mark used to be my kills potential but now the w doesnt deal the same dmg as the deathmark used to do ... but maybe if i have the right buuld i could use the w 5secs more affectively ... please share ur opinions ...
