Aatrox, how do we give love to a champ that has been left behind?

What do you guys think needs to be done to Aatrox to make him more valuable as a champion, they did some good things with the rework, but he's still the same champion essentially and is barely ever played. Any thoughts on how they could change him to make him a better pick?
