Seriously when is solo queue coming back?!

I am SICK of playing ranked games with premades trying to carry and throwing games or premades trolling.

We were promised a solo queue "a few weeks after the season starts" so where the hell is it?

Give us back what we want Riot, give us the two queues as we asked for and as you promised
