EDIT: Emphasis isn't only on top lane Udyr you need to look at the bigger picture, I can make the post longer if you want me to.

I know it's top lane but really come on now this shouldn't be a thing. 33%? Really? You've nerfed every single item Udyr used to run and be strong with. Devourer - Removed Runic Echoes - Nerfed Swiftness Boots - Nerfed Alacrity boot ench - Removed Iceborn Gauntlet - Nerfed And not to mention you also nerfed Udyr to oblivion leaving him in the gutter until you gave him that very minor buff on his phoenix stance a few patches ago

Really should consider the champion more in the upcoming tank rework, not just by letting him reach level 20

The first sentence in my argument I said that I acknowledged the fact that I was talking about Top Lane Udyr and the main problems are within the Jungle role however I feel that Udyr has been hurt and ignored by Riot even in the Jungle Metagame, Udyr hasn't seen the light since Early - Early Middish season 6
